1. Bank transfer:
Once your order has been confirmed, simply pay via bank transfer into Barclays account ES XXXXX under the name of Mallorca Yamadori. It is essential that you include the order number and your name. The transfer has to be made within 5 days of making the order.
The order will be confirmed and ready for shipment when we receive payment confirmation from our bank.
Payment has to be made in euros. If currency exchange is needed the customer will pay all applicable charges.
Your order will be processed after Paypal has confirmed payment.
Paypal is totally secure, internationally renowned and free of charge.
*If the customer requests the cancellation of the order or payment to his bank once the order has been made and confirmed, the customer will be liable for damages to Mallorca Yamadori as a result of the loss of a sale and service fees.
*The company retains the right to cancel and modify any order due to incorrect pricing or any conditions beyond our control, prior notice to the customer.
All orders received are considered to be in progress. An order is considered confirmed when our bank confirms payment via Paypal or transfer when the payment is made via bank transfer.
Shipment is free to mainland Spain and the Balearics. For shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla and the rest of Europe please check shipment charges.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product that you have bought on our site, you have 14 days to return the product starting from the date of delivery (according to the Spanish law on consumer rights adapted to the EU directive 2011/83).
In such a case, the customer will be liable for shipment and collection charges. Before returning the product the customer must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within the deadline. No refund will be processed without prior notice.
All products and packaging returned to our online shop must be in perfect conditions without scratches or broken or damaged packaging. The customer must include all documents and accessories.
The customer must carefully repack materials in a manner suitable for return shipment without damage. In the case of a bonsai tree, it must be in perfect packaging and humidity conditions. It must be repacked as it was originally received.
Once our staff has received and inspected the product and confirmed that it is in its original state, we will deposit your refund into the bank account of your choice (email information to email@example.com). Refunds will be deposited within 14 days of the return of the product.
Money will be refunded via bank transfer or Paypal depending on your method of payment.
Remember that a bonsai in a living being. The images of the tree and the appearance of the bonsai you receive can vary depending on the time of the year they were shot. You can request updated photos of the tree before buying it.
